My son has eczema and I have tried several moisturising creams but it just seems
to irritate his skin even more. Can anyone recommend a cream without cortisone?

Did you try ELTA Cream "The Melting moisturizer"? It is more ointment like but it does not contain lanolin.

I have amazingly good results with Lush, Sympathy for the Skin.

Get's rid of all my minor rashes easily and feels very smooth and relaxy on the skin.
cheers,
