The book is intended, as the subtitle states, for practitioners, but it is very well laid out and extremely accessible and useful for patients as well. Even the patients' handbook is included in an Appendix.

In the United Kingdom the National Eczema Society publish a quarterly magazine "Exchange". This costs GBP2.50 but is free to members of the society.
