I have eczema/atopic dermatitis and I am allergic against dustmites. Does anybody have similiar problems and can give advice?

* I always avoid carpets and try to have a wodden floor.

* Try to wash your clothes and sheets hot if possible

* Try to sun dry your clothes and sheets instead of using a dryer (be carefull this may bleach your stuff!)

* I heard that some parents put the teddys of their children in the freezer for 12 hours but I don't know if this helps.
